I dream of Light Church Tracy as a congregation that is growing numerically and spiritually. Where the members and adherent are not just well-verse in the G-12 strategy but are able to articulate their doctrines and what they believe as well.
I dream of a congregation where the Holy Spirit is experienced, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit are in operation in the worship services.
I dream of members who win souls with the right motives, to win the lost for Christ. Instead of competing in the number games. Members who are not envious but are honestly rejoicing in the success of others. I dream of leaders who have compassionate hearts lifting people needs to God in prayer and loving their members, including those who opposed them.
I dream of workers who do ministry not for recognition they will get, but for their love to serve others. Who serve the Lord faithfully regardless of the circumstances.
I dream of leaders and workers with integrity, who can be trusted to “ walk the talk” with the fruit of the Spirit evident in their lives. I dream of members who are not mendicant but know how to trust God to supply their needs. Spending within their means and living a debt-free life.
I dream of believers who are good followers, obedient to their Pastors and Leaders, and generous to the Lord’s work and workers.
I dream of Pastors, workers, members who are truly Pentecostal. Empowered with anointed ministry accompanied by signs and wonders.
Lastly, I dream of Pastors who treat their members fairly. Not favoring the rich over the not so rich who preach the word with boldness and not hesitant to reduce the “untouchables” in the congregation. As we start our journey as a sovereign assembly. (General Council Status) May our passion in loving God, loving people, and making disciples continue until Jesus comes.

Pastor Eli
SENIOR PASTOR
Graduated from Bethel Bible College for his Bible and Theology, Christian Education and Church Music. Received his bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology at Far East Advanced School of Theology and Masters in Church Studies from Asian Theological Seminary.
He taught at Bethel Bible College for several years and served as Academic Dean as well. In 1984, he migrated to the US and was petitioned to pastor Christian Fellowship Center in Santa Cruz, Ca. for five years. In 1991, he felt the burden of pioneering a church in San Jose and started Light of World Christian Center in 1992 up to the present time. Eventually lead the way to pioneer Prince of Peace Community Center in Belmont, Ca. Also started to work in Fremont, Ca. which is now called Light of the World Christian Center in Newark, Ca. And pioneered another Church in Lathrop, Ca now called Light Church Tracy.
We planted churches all over the Philippines-38 churches in Luzon, 1-Eastern Visayas and 7 churches in Mindanao.

Pastor Rhey
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Pastor Reynaldo “Rhey” Requiez, a graduate of Bethel College, Manila, Philippines (1997). Finished his graduate studies in Asia Harvesters College of Seminary, Quezon City Philippines(2022). Got involved in the Church planting and different mission works.
He has been in the ministry more than half of his life. Overcame many difficulties and challenges in life while fulfilling his God-given call.
Pastor Rhey is dedicated to build the church, win and disciple many to advance God’s kingdom. He joined Light Church last 2021.Since then he is actively motivating the members to care about the needs of those around them and connect others to the body of Christ.
